Your Logo Questions Answered

Logo Designs

Want to buy a logo? Learn what our designer logos cover.

If you choose to buy just the base logo, you’ll receive 9 .png files consisting of 1) horizontal, 2) vertical and 3) small versions of the logo design of your choice, each version coming in black, white and coloured variations. You can see an example here. You'll also get a free customization with every designer logo you purchase from our catalogue. To request a free customization simply tick the “customize your logo” checkbox on the logo page and fill in the text-boxes that appear.   

Once you purchase a logo on our website, you own the rights to the logo files that have been sent to you. You can use them on your website, print materials and / or any other platform.

If you don't request a customization, you'll files will be e-mailed to you within a few hours. If you request a customization, we will send a link containing your files to the e-mail address you provide during your purchase within 5 business days.

It is up to you whether you customize the logo or use it as it is. However, you should keep in mind that you must check whether the name and / or tagline of the brand you picked has been trademarked in the market you'd like to launch your brand. The same applies for the domain name and other business availability cases.

Customizations

If you don't like specific aspects of the logo you picked, for instance, one color off the color palette, you can ask for a customization BEFORE you place your order. You do this by filling out the form that appears during your purchase. Any customization you might request after your purchase counts as a revision. You can only request one round of free revisions after your purchase. You can read more on revisions on the following section.

Some customizations might require plenty of time to realize. Therefore we only allow minor customizations free of charge. Big changes such as redesigning the shape of a logo more than 10 % is not allowed. Here are a few examples of what you can customize:

You can only customize the logo you picked during your purchase BEFORE you place your order. You do that by ticking the checkbox that reads "Customize your logo" and by filling in the forms that appear before you place your order.

The time to realize a customization may differ depending on the request. We will mention the number of days we can deliver the revisions via e-mail. Typically we deliver within 5 business days.

Revisions

You need revisions on your designer logo? Here's how we can help.

A revision is changes you'd like us to make on the logo design you purchased from our catalogue. You are entitled to one free of charge revision after we send your files to your e-mail address.

Some revisions might require plenty of time to realize. Therefore we only allow minor revisions free of charge. Big changes such as redesigning the shape of a logo more than 10 % is not allowed. Here are a few examples of what you can revise:

You can request a revision after we send your files to your e-mail address. You can request a revision by sending us an e-mail. The time to realize a revision may differ depending on the request. We will mention the number of days we can deliver the revisions via e-mail. Typically we deliver within 5 business days.

You can. After we deliver your revisions and you'd like bigger changes made, simply send us an e-mail detailing your requests. We will give you a quote and time-frame. Upon receiving your agreement to these conditions, we can start working on the extra revisions.

Licenses & Royalties

You get certain rights when you buy a designer logo from our catalog. Here's how it all works:

Yes. You own the rights to the
logo design you purchased. We keep the right to use the designs for promotional
purposes on any social media, website or other outlet WOO Branding is present
on.

No. You are not allowed to resell,
redistribute or rearrange any of our products for profit.

If you buy just a base logo,
you'll get a standard license. This includes the right to use, copy and modify
your logo design on print, digital, video and any other media form and format
forever. However it does not include the right to sell, resell and redistribute
it for your own financial gain. A WOO Branding logo design sold under a
Standard License can still be sold to other customers with a different brand
name, color palette and tagline.

It includes the right to use, copy
and modify your logo design on print, digital, video and any other media form
and format forever. It also includes the same rights above to be used on the
source files that come as part of the purchase. However it does not include the
right to sell, resell and redistribute the logo designs and the source files
for your own financial gain. Once sold under an Exclusive License, a WOO Branding
logo design will immediately made unavailable for purchase to other customers.
It might still have been sold to another party before the Exclusive License
purchase in question was made. The logo design can still be featured on the
website for promotional purchases but it won't be available for sale. You'll
hold exclusive rights to the logo design.

Refunds & Other

Learn if you can get a refund when you buy a designer logos from our catalog.

Due to the digital nature of our
products, we do NOT accept returns and therefore issue refunds. If there is a
technical problem with the transaction (You completed the payment process but
the transaction failed, so you have not received your files), please contact us
by sending an e-mail to 
hello@woobranding.com and we'll ensure you receive your
files. 

Yes. We are available for custom
collaborations. We can work on a bespoke brand identity with a much more
extensive brand book as well as extra features. Simply shoot us an e-mail for
your inquiries and we'll set a call. The rates will depend on the complexity of
the project.

The default currency we sell in is
USD. All prices featured on our website are in USD. However, customers visiting
from other areas in which sell to should be able to see the prices on logo
design product pages in their own currency.

Simply go to the bottom of the
page and select your own country from the dropdown menu. After that you should
be able to see your own currency on the page of the logo design you're
interested in purchasing.

Unfortunately we only sell to
select countries at the moment. However, we're constantly working on expanding
our reach, so you can always revisit our website to check later.
